30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Carry it. Fill it. Take it out for a whole day. If it isn't right, send it back.

You have 30 days from the day your bag arrives. Don't love it? Just message us — no questions, no forms, no reason needed. We'll refund you straight away and email you a free return label the same day.

Return shipping is on us. Always.

How it works

1. Message us at support@arippula within 30 days of delivery.
2. We refund your order and send your free return label — same day, no explanation asked for.
3. Drop the parcel off whenever suits you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5–10 days to show it.

The only thing we ask: send the bag back in a condition you'd be happy to receive yourself. Everyday use is completely fine — we'd rather you actually used it before deciding.
